INTRODUCTION

25 years in the making, SILVERFOX brings together a group of rock musicians around Wichita, Kansas, who have all been friends in the rock scene for decades.

Under the simple premise of LESS EGO, MORE WORK, the five men in SILVERFOX offer catchy originals for a touring act opener or playing rock covers all night. They can impress a crowd, and play well with others.

SILVERFOX features: James Dean, Kaylen McKenna, Danny Lang, Dave Davis and Shane McCullough.

THE STORY

Hailing from such old school local rock bands as TRIM, FADED, ALIEN8, STRONGBAD, BARRELBRIGHT and others, the collective experience and talent of SILVERFOX is formidable. Power vocals, two and three part harmony, guitar hard rock and one of the most solid bassists in the scene, combined with solid, memorable songwriting.

While raising families, building careers and doing life…the SILVERFOX members have been out of the local scene and limelight for quite a while. Fate, along with the helping hand of guitarist Danny Lang, finally brought these musicians together and pulled them out of hibernation to form the band, bringing Wichita a sound it desperately missed.

Calling SILVERFOX "a cover band" is kind of like calling SHINEDOWN "a decent live band". They offer fans the very best that the 90s and early 2000s Grunge / Alt / Heavy Rock had to offer while peppering in their own original anthemic rock, for fans STP, SOUNDGARDEN, MUSE and others.
